Dr Catron does not try to create issues that aren't there as so many others in the area do. You can trust him. I am completely satisfied and have been using him for years now. Kristin is a wonderful, personable hygienist. The entire staff is great. I am so glad my friend Casey gave me the recommendation.

Staff was rude and inconsiderate! Unprofessional and unconcerned! You don’t treat your patients that way period! If you want to be treated fairly I’d suggest you go somewhere else! 😡

I had a root canal on a Friday. It got infected and I could not reach anyone at the office. Only VM which no one retuned my call. 2 ER visits later and an entire weekend in pain, I went in on Monday morning. Was given antibiotics and same pain meds that were not working. By Monday night my gums were swollen. Another trip to the ER and had gums lanced. Mercy really helped me out. Tuesday got in to see Endodontists to clean out infection and fix me up. I understand things happen but when you deal with people that act like they don’t care, this is all I can do and an assistant that needs to go back to school to the office people that left me hanging on the line and no return callls like I was told. I would not recommend this office at all!
