Been there twice in the past week around 4 o'clock both times and there were very few customers. Service was poor and slow. The first day I ordered a burger and between arrival, ordering and receiving food was about 45 minutes. Second time it was 20 minutes without getting to order so I left and went elsewhere.

Bree was our waitress for to night. She was outstanding, patient, kind, and had the best personality. She helped with our first time experience by adding thoughts and her own likes for helping ease all of the choices on the menus. I’m pretty hard to please by the people waiting on my table. I have ZERO complaints on Bree. She was great and Cotton Patch is lucky to have someone like her! 5* for Bree, and the food! We will definitely be coming back and hopefully have someone as great as Bree or her again. 😄
