Pretty Rude I called and asked how was the guy's day and he responded busy busy really fast which tickled me as I chuckled as I could relate. he immediately hung up; lost a customer.

MOORE Like ROB YOU! I Wanted to fix one issue. Tried up sell unnecessary work, $1600+. Reminded Allen that its a used car, just fix that 1 issue $380. Some how a part ended up in two pieces and I now had to pax $680 took 6 days and couldn't guarantee if it would fix the issue. Check engine light was on upon pick up. Allen got Rude and refused to talk to me, I was told to come back another day after paying $600+ My car sounds worse than before!

Would not recommend taking your vehicle there. They like to go to other shops and burn your tires after you purchased them. Very unprofessional. Management doesnt like to have to deal with complaints about employee. They will also hang up in your face or will ignore your call if you try to call up there to complain.

I've had two poor experiences here within the last month.
In one case, having my brakes replaced resulted in a sensor being broken that was perfectly fine prior. Now my car notifies me that I have low brake fluid and that my emergency brake is on, despite neither of these being the case. I asked the shop about this, and they acknowledged the faulty sensor, but said they don't know how long it has been defective. I told them that there wasn't an issue prior to the visit, and they simply reiterated the need for a new sensor.
In another case, miscommunication between staff resulted in a $240 repair that I neither requested nor wanted. This repair did not address the issue that I brought my vehicle into the shop for in the first place.
In neither of these instances did the shop seem to have any concern for making the problem right after I asked about the issues. In one case I was chuckled at when I asked why the vehicle still had issues following the repair.
I think everyone in the shop is well meaning, but the lack of customer care has resulted in unforseen and unnecessary expenses to myself that really don't seem fair.
