We have been customers of Advantage for several years and have an Annual Contract, however during the cold weather when we needed some additional service, our phone calls and recorded messages were never answered, even when transferred to the proper department. S & A Holmes

I had them come out to service my heating unit on last Thursday or Friday. They completed the service. They found a couple of issues they told us about and said it should be fine and we can have the repairs done in the near future. It completely stopped working on Saturday. We changed the thermostst and filters still wouldn't work. Monday I called to see if they could send someone out she stated we'll charge if we have to come back. Which was fine and I expected that. I was wanting to proceed with the repairs and also asked if they would send someone out to give an estimate on a new unit altogether. They said they would prioritize getting someone out and that didn't happen. Two days later they called to say someone would be out right then if someone was at home. My Husband told them we had already purchased a new unit which we had we went through a company who prioritized us and made us feel like we mattered and that our money was good. Needless to say they missed out on thousands of dollars being rude(whoever the lady is) and treating us as if we couldn't pay.
