Tmy family of 6 stayed for one night while on our way to Tennessee. I did not expect much, but I did expect better than what we got. You could tell the place is in the process of renovations. Our room looked like they were in the middle of remodeling and stopped. The bathroom door did not fit in the door frame, and you had to lift the door a tad to lock it. The first step into the bathroom was sketchy as the floor seemed very soft under the tile. There were red chalk lines on the walls next to the headboards of the bed and a large area on the wall that, I can only assume, was caused by them sliding the headboard into place.
Then there were the linens. 2 of the bath towels were stained with... something. We reserved a room for 6 (2 queen beds and a pull-out sofa). There were no linens for the sofa-bed. My husband called the front desk, and he had to go to the front desk to get them. They weren't even folded, which makes me wonder if they were washed. (I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say they just came out of the dryer.) They did not give him pillows, but they said they'd bring them to the room. They didn't. I didn't get a close look at the bedspread until morning, but there were what looked like cigarette burns on half of the bedspread (see pics). Please do better. You are NOT living up to your name "Quality" Suites. The room served its purpose... sleep. However, we will not be staying here on the way back home.

If you are considering staying here for the solar eclipse, do know there is black mold throughout this Patel owned hotel also currently with out a fire/smoke detectors having already been a victim to a fire this is highly unsafe and utterly disgusting. They are also currently talking about charging
you individuals who are looking to book in this time 400 a night, highly recommend staying anywhere but here. Also the general manager enjoys waking the hotel at 7am with her screaming and bellowing voice.
Rooms: Dirty carpeted rooms with little light and mold. Not surprisingly photos can no longer be added to reviews.

The cats outside are cool. The room isn't anything special and you can hear any talking through the walls, so this won't be my first choice to stay at again. After a long day of working it's awesome to be kept up by the snoring on the other side of the wall.
Rooms: You hear everything in the next room. Light sleepers should book somewhere else.
