In Magnolia the workers are rude and not good with customer service, it is getting to the point where I will wait in the line for 30 minutes they are severely understaffed.

I loved the location in Taylor Arkansas the people were amazing and the service was great and fast. The main location branch in Magnolia is very slow and the people not very friendly. This has been my experience the past 3 times I have went to the main branch in Magnolia AR. I will be changing banks!

Well I think they are under staffed need help bad I am trying to figure out what's going on at the Magnolia bank Cadence. It usually fast but I have been in line outside bout 30 minutes one person was behind me they left. Who is this president they have . Sad!! I could have went to my bank in Lewisville Arkansas but since I was in Magnolia I decided to stop because it was no one in the business lane. Oh my God this is horrible

Sat in drive thru 30 minute and had 5 cars leave before me and they pulled in after me....slow
