image Highly recommended!! Especially their Services Department. I self converted my Campervan and started experiencing Solar problems, and was unsure an RV technician would take on the project since it wasn't professionally done. They not only praised my DIY work but took on the project of fixing my solar set up same day. They're very knowledgeable and know what they're doing - Especially John and Justin. Can't say enough great things about the quality of their work and incredible customer service.

image I purchased a Winnebago Minnie, taking possession of it on June 27, 2022. One of the selling points was that Winnebago engineered the first trailer with 2 AC units using a 30 amp service.
I soon learned, as did Winnebago, that the concept was flawed. I blew breakers any time I used both AC units at the same time.
I had other issues, such as the fresh water tank was not installed correctly and literally almost fell out onto the highway.
My trailer has been at Crain RV since late September, it is now January 6, 2023 (this does not include when it was in the initial time for 3 weeks back in August) with no estimate as to when I will get my trailer back.
When I questioned Crain RV about what I consider to be a lemon they told me that it was between Winnebago and me, they have nothing to do with it.
But here's the deal, if you go to Winnebago's website you will see that the 2529RG as of June 1, 2022 was no longer available as a 30 amp and only sold as a 50 amp service when equipped with 2 AC units.
What does this mean? It means that Winnebago, by June 1, 2022 knew that the 30 amp service didn't work, and yet I was sold one with a 30 amp service on June 27, 2022.
Not only that, but when I took the trailer in due to it blowing breakers, they blamed it on bad electrical service at the campground. They did not admit to there being an issue until October of 2022.
Where is Crain RV's outrage at Winnebago that Winnebago would allow Crain RV to knowingly sell a defective product? Why won't Crain RV fight for me to get my trailer back to me, or replaced with a new trailer, or just give me my money back?
I bought the trailer 193 days ago, the trailer has been in the shop for 122 of those days with no end in sight. Parts are on backorder is all I hear and yet strangely enough if you go to Winnebago's website they will tell you that they have plenty of trailers in stock. I wonder where they get their parts from to build those new trailers?
