Yall please need to clean the filter for the slush/ice water machine because the tasting is horrible. It taste like dirty water! This is my second time coming to this sonic and so far its been a bad experience.

I just came from this place I ordered and waited 20 minutes for my food and I was the only customer and when I arrived home my food was cold and the cheese wasnt melted on my burrito. My burrito was ripped up and I tried to call back to let them know and they answered then left the phone on the counter then I called back and I cant reach anyone now

They "didn't have" any salt packets, mayo or ketsup packets nor did they have any cups that they could bring mayo or ketsup out in. They were also out of utensils of any kind and were rude to boot. It's a wonder how this location stays open.
