      image Employee Arana is rude and prejudiced. I am a long term customer of Zips car wash and have always had great experience on Bowman and Rodney Parham location(s) for many years, until this one female Arana started working (at Bowman). She represents Zips with careless disregard and is disrespectful with a nasty attitude. All the other employees like Sam and Ricky are kind and considerate at Bowman location.

      image They do not wipe your front or rear of car before wash. Vacuums were not good either. Low suction, after I went to 2 different stations to find one that worked.
