AK is extremely professional he is the general manager he goes out of his way definitely goes out of his way to help guest. If theres anything that I mishap hell take care of it. I was impressed by that I was impressed with how loyal he is to his uncle, who owns the place, he tries to turn everything around and I do have to say that I see huge things for AK he definitely kept an open line of communication, and he handled the situation that was most unfortunate, and but it went out of his way to fix everything completely a terrific person. I would stay here again.

I booked a room at this hotel paid for it and had a confirmation number. I was coming in town 5 hours away for my step dads funeral, upon walking to the front desk to be told we dont have a room for you. I asked how can I not have a room when I paid for it in full when booking and I was told I dont know but I can get you a room at the Comfort Inn. If I wanted to stay at the Comfort Inn I would have booked it in the first place. This hotel has absolute no regard for customer service and taking care of the guests.
If this was the only place to stay with 100 miles O would sleep outside in my car instead of staying here. What a joke of a hotel and staff handling guests. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!! NEVER BOOK A ROOM HERE YOU NEVER KNOW IF YOU WILL HAVE ONE OR NOT. If I could give this review zero stars I would.
