Very disappointed today! Im a regular at this Great Clips! I leave at least a 5$ tip every time, most of the time 10$! I was running behind today! So it was 440 before I got to the store! Plenty of time for a quick trim ! I get my hair cut every 2 weeks so its usually quick,fast ,in and out 5 mins maybe 7 if the take there time! There was a chair open but her excuses was she was to tired to cut my hair! Now I get coming in at the last min but your a business! With all the tips Ive given and the amount of money Ive spent at this place you would think the would have some loyalty! I will be finding a new place to cut my hair! That just left a bad taste in my mouth ! Plus on top of that there is only 2 people there that can cut hair good!

Had my Step-Father go there today, and the gentleman gave him an excellent haircut/board trimming. Excellent experience.
