        I put a wedding dress on a Tuesday at the van buren ar cleaners in on a Tuesday that it needed to be back the following Wednesday. They said 5 business days then The dress was late and the accessories that were attached to the dress they lost. I had to wait till the day of the wedding to get the accessories back. Heather the girl at the front desk at the Ft Smith AR store on Rogers Ave got mouthy with me for I wanted the dress and the accessories. Tell that bride she it really doesn’t matter you don’t need these things just get married and to get over that the dress was a day late and we had to hunt it down. Heather was rude and disrespectful used language that I don’t use. That F word came rolling off her tongue over her store not having it together.

        Been here 2 times for my dry cleaning and they did right by the advertisement on the window. But this time I go in to get my clothes and they decided to not give me the special that's on the window like advertised. And my clothes are as specified 3 pants 5 shirts...???? Idk? I guess I'll he looking for a new cleaners once again😤
