I work at a very busy pharmacy at walmart and sometimes we have to mail out medications to our patients who cant get to the store. This fedex location has helped me out so many times to get the medications to those patients! On this day, our entire system went down so we couldnt pull up the shipping label to print it out from our app and the fedex site was giving us an error too. The fedex manager mike helped me out and I was able to go back to the pharmacy and get my label printed and of course because of the way we had to print the label mike did tell me wed have to pay out of pocket because we didnt have our account number. However, he did get us a great deal on the shipping and told me walmart should be able to reimburse me, which they did. Even when everything else fails me, fedex manager mike never does!

The manager Mike was so so very helpful. He was beyond helpful. I had no idea what to do with the item that needed sent back because it was not a Walmart item (although it came from WM.com. ugh) Anyway this is the first time I've ever written about good service before. And I'm 60. I enjoyed my experience so much.
