Great place to get a fair deal! Nice customer service. Awesome place to go trailer shopping. I bought a 20' box in trailer. All said and done in half of an hour.

*Edit: changing my rating, as the powers that be caught wind of the situation and reached out to us to apologize and make things right. We are happy with how quickly they responded and rectified the situation.*
Honestly quite stunned at how rudely we were treated when we came limping in with a Trailers Plus trailer that had somehow busted a leaf spring while on a work trip out of state. Then they refused to do the repair, even though we said it was no hurry and we didn't mind waiting a week. They also said they were having it towed even though we were barely able to get it there and there was no way we could pull it anywhere else, and we had to get back on the road to make it to Florida in time for the job. Spent a pretty penny on this trailer brand new only a couple of years ago, but I think it's time to sell the faulty thing and go with a brand who knows what customer service looks like.
