I do not recommend working here as a woman of color ! I was put on a limb the weekend of the eclipse. Didnt know the system to well had a lot of difficult guests from all over the country . WES is to YOUNG to manage anything & RUTH is a back stabber she will say she will support you and help you but when push come to shove theyre horrible management. I wasnt a new hire for no more than 2 weeks. Ive reported this incident to IHG & nothing Im spreading AWARENESS about AFRICAN American daily problems that I go through definitely as a larger female . When will there be a change in this world?

Room was clean. Location is fine. My one issue was with a front desk staff person who, when I checked in, said I had to put down $10 for incidentals, but that I would get the $10 back upon check out. When I checked out, I asked about the $10, which I had paid in cash, and was informed by a different staff person that incidentals are not handled in this manner. My $10 was not returned because the desk staff could not access the safe. I talked to corporate customer relations, who agreed to look into it. I'll be glad to update my review if the $10 is actually returned. I know it's a small amount, but the whole manner in which this was handled needs to be investigated by hotel management.

Great service and room! Friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Hotel was very quiet at night which was great!
