If I could leave 0 stars I would. I placed an order online 2/12 for a Floral Delivery of 2/14 and my flowers never got delivered. I called the floral shop several times all in which the representative whom I spoke with had no idea where my order was and told me I dont know if your order is on the truck or inside the store. Fine, all hope wasnt lost because there was still TIME in the day for the Delivery. The representative proceeded to inform me that since I didnt pay for early delivery or leave a special note that said what time the order should be delivered that basically my delivery wasnt prioritized and that teachers were first. Fine, all hope still wasnt lost. Here it is 6:21 PM AND STILL NO DELIVERY! Called the floral shop several times regarding my delivery and the OWNER had the audacity to tell me I did you a favor by taking your order because you placed it too late. However, this WAS NOT OUTLINED ANYWHERE ON THE WEBSITE AND 2/14 WAS AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER! Horrible customer service, the owner never tried to satisfy me, didnt care about my delivery because I wasnt a teacher, and proceeded to talk unprofessionally over the phone..DO NOT RECOMMEND! Nonetheless, my card wasnt charged THANKFULLY, but this surely isnt a way to run a business! Do better.

Happened to notice this store after my haircut and figured I'd buy my wife some flowers. They have some really pretty premade arrangements but also do custom orders. Owners are very sweet, 10/10 would recommend.
