They were not helpful in finding me work. It took months for them to find me an interview somewhere, and because I missed the interview without informing them first they suddenly told me that it's their policy to not find anyone work who misses an interview without giving notice (without letting me know of this policy prior). Their one job is literally to find people jobs who are actively searching and helping the companies find candidates, not punishing job-seekers by missing an interview and then saying that they won't be considered for any future positions because they are salty about it. Very unprofessional. At least give people more than one chance if you really care about helping people find work.
