UPDATE 2/13/24 (about a year later): I was told a price for a service and when they charged me they added a $4 fee for parts. I asked about taking a look underneath the car while it's lifted and the response was that they aren't lifting it... because they only put 1 arm underneath to lift that part of the car. They had no other business at the moment.. which is of course totally fine to not want to do it but it would go a long way building customer relationships to do such a basic thing rather than give a response intended to somewhat dodge the question. There was no attempt to charge more for looking underneath -- it was just brushed away as not even an option.

Set appointment and was called 16 minutes before and received VM indicating if I'm not there by the appointment time someone else will be pulled in. Little strange because I wasn't late or anything and it was 16 minutes before the appointment. I arrived 5 minutes early.
Great people. Not great driveway but not a big deal.
Only con for me is the job took 30 minutes (being generous) and was charged 1 hour of labor for bolt-on parts.

We've bought several sets of tires here and they always had good service, but after the bad experience I had the last time I went I won't be back..

Free tire rotation when u buy tire from them but they make u wait for 2 hrs or more complete fraud
