Rodent infestation in my unit, staff not reachable. Light not working.
When I first rented this unit, pest control measures were visible and all over the property, and management was far more responsive. This afternoon I had to go to my unit, and found a rodent infestation inside my unit! At least some of my camping gear was ruined. I looked around the property, and NO pest control traps were present. There were NONE at all. I would not recommend storing at this location until they've resumed pest control measures! With the light non-functioning, I couldn't even assess how much damage the rodents had done.

AND it gets worse. After I applied some DIY pest control, I hadn't had any problem with rodents that I noticed. Unfortunately, the manager, Andy, is not an honest person to deal with. They messed up my automatic billing and hit me with charges for their error. I made arrangements earlier this week with the U-Haul employee, who removed the extra charges "as a courtesy" contingent upon me making it down there this weekend to clear everything up in person (I figured they couldn't screw up charging my card if I just brought them cash, right?). Well, the manager decided to put all those charges back on, and an additional $50 "because he feels like it" charge. Dude, the stuff in my unit is just bulky camping stuff for my kid's scouting and a bunch of old paperbacks. Why is he trying to shake me down for hundreds when he knows he won't get more than twenty bucks out of it at auction? Is this retaliation for the review from earlier? I think it is. Very shady business practices, that's for sure!

I had the pleasure of meeting your employee, Amanda, this morning while I was arranging my storage units. She was kind, helpful, went above and beyond to assist me, and she was working and keeping the premises tidy the entire time. I will definitely recommend uhaul thanks to your awesome employee :)

They advertise 24hr access but it is a lie . FALSE ADVERTISING ...BAIT AND SWITCH THEY ARE NOT 24HR ACCESSIBLE
