Property Management on site is rude and rough. District Rep say on wed to please call but she emails back if you you not email me with your problemsI dont have time to communicate with you.. and when making attempts to call the Regional Manager no communication, other than with her assistant, is made made with out resolve of disability and multiple security issues.

I live at Starr View at Starr Pass. In the year I've been here the staff have addressed the few problems that've come up within days and many times the same day. My AC went out on a Sunday and the maintenance man was here in an hour to replace a part and it's worked great since. The grounds are lush and well kept. I feel perfectly safe here, even walking my dog at night. The surrounding area is native desert or very nice homes. I just renewed my lease.
Update:
I've lived here almost 3 years and still enjoy living here. The service of the staff is just as good now as it ever was. It's a quiet, pleasant place to live with many shade trees and grassy areas to walk my dog in comfort.
Update:
I've been living here for 5 years and I'm still impressed with the way the staff take care of everything, the grounds, my apartment, and my comfort. The sense of safety and security here while I'm walking my dog at night is impressive.

Private area. That is what I like it. What I dont appreciate is the individuals that do not live there utilize the pool at late night hours and live trash in the parking lots and in the pool area
