Most of the employees have been friendly and helpful, but I have to give a special shout out to Hector. The games I'd pawned somehow got lost in the store, and Hector not only made sure they were replaced, but went out of his way and took the initiative to reach out and keep me updated with the process. Items getting lost is very rare and rather than being a negative to me, their integrity and excellent customer service in solving the issue is why I'll gladly choose this location again next time.

I had an extremely excellent experience here today with Tonya. Tonya helped me regardless of the missing pawn paperwork I needed and received all my items back in the same shape I left them!!! So thank you for all the help today !!!

Derek was absolutely attentive and welcoming. Made sure we were given time to browse while also Making sure if weve been helped as well. All staff had a positive approach to customers and was willing to help with any questions or concerns that may arise.
