Service at pick-up was excellent. Delivery attempts were disgraceful. Delivery person never left a Delivery Card 3 times and I was sitting right close to my mail-box and my Gate was unlocked. I do not believe that any DHL driver ever came to my address. You must have a very large Account with them (UK Abroad) and they are very upset. I have reported all this, step by step with my Representative at UKAbroad.

I paid extra to have a customized item delivered to me by March 28, 2024. I live in an apartment complex with a 24/7 concierge package service and a front desk that assists anyone who needs to deliver a package to my apartment. I waited at home all day to receive my package, but the driver claimed they attempted to deliver but got no response at my address. They also said there was no entry to the property. Frankly, I highly doubt their delivery attempt because, even though I live in a gated complex, the driver could have easily gone to the front office, and they would have allowed them into the complex. I am certain that the driver did not even try to deliver my package. I spoke to the front office, and they confirmed that they never saw the DHL driver. This careless driver cost me my package, which I needed for a special occasion. After calling, the driver refused to try and redeliver. What a waste of my time and money!
