Both packages I dropped off came back to me.
Here I am again at this particular, UPS store, and theyve screwed up my return yet again. Do yourself a favor, drive the extra mile or two and go to any other UPS store but this one The manager on duty at the time couldnt even take time out of her stuffing the shredding box to come help This place seriously needs an overhaul or closed down Ridiculous

We had a mailbox here. When it was under the previous management, it was perfect. Esther was amazing and everyone was so friendly. When the new management came in, the new employees were horrible. Not organized, kept getting other people's mail, list goes on. We did not renew our mail contract with them. Will never return to that location even though it is less than a mile away.
NEW EXPERIENCE: Manager lady is extremely rude and arrogant right off the bat, why pay for a service and when thry literally don't deliver, no refund, what's the point. Feel stupid we even gave them a second chance, but that's on me. This place has gone so downhill, even worse than before.
