I took out a personal loan at Wells Fargo by phone and signed the papers at Sunrise location, It was a good experience except they have to get something to give something. We will give you this great rate but you have to have it automatically taken out of your account. I said ok but I though really! I have never missed a payment on a previous loan and have a great credit score.First payment was due on holiday weekend when into check and see if payment was taken out and the account which automatic payment was overdue and now the payment was double. I was upset had to wait to talk to someone it was resolved after a grueling experience.I just got a new loan elsewhere to replace this one, A few kinks in that one too, but I guess this is par for the course. Being a good customer and having a great credit score means very little sometimes.

Ive ended up using this ATM since it is close to my condo. It is safe, well-lit, and the area is clean. Plenty of parking too in a very large center.

The staff at this branch have an attitude. I spoke to Brad about a shared account with my husband and he gave me an attitude like women and men cannot have shared bank accounts!

Signed in and waited 40 min and not a single acknowledgement. Why would you put a sign in clipboard and not check if customers are waiting. The tellers saw me waiting. It's pretty unbelievable.
