Worst bank in Arizona!! The worst customer service! Very rude general manager (Cody) I asked to keep my account open as I receive a bi-annual payment and that's all I receive for money as I am 65 years old. They shut my account down any way. When I went back to them to ask them why, they said it was because I don't use the account efficiently. I assume Cody meant because I don't have a regular paycheck going to it. Horrible bank! Just horrible!

I have been a customer of this bank for almost ten years. Every contact I have ever had with any of the employees, including the manager, has always been pleasant. The service has been superb, even though I am just a small depositor. I have recommended them several times over the years.

This is BY FAR the worst bank EVER. Customer service is nonexistent and bank services were shabby at best. Save your time, money and anxiety....go to another bank.
Had to go for business, lobby was locked, drive up teller was "busy" or on her phone. Manager was SO rude & unprofessional.

Very bad experience, I’m pretty sure he was the manager who treated me rudely at least he seem like a manager with the way he was talking to me, I’ve never felt so disrespected by a bank employee, it was so bad I had to cancel my bank account with them, he drove a newer infinity and acted like he was better then everybody. I don’t know if I can speak to a manager or something to explain to them what had happened to possibly get that employee reprimanded or something but very bad way to run a business and treat customers
