This complex has very poor management and HOA. In my opinion, i would not recommend Property management here and wish i knew these things before. The community manager, PAM ROGERS is responsive but she lacks initiative and fairness to residents despite the fact that we are the ones paying $250 for her “services.” She is dismissive to requests for building maintenance and keeps putting them off despite constant communication and efforts to get her to take initiative for the HOA to fix areas of the building. At this complex you will pay $250 a month to the HOA but the HOA does it’s best to limit its responsibility for anything. You are responsible for anything that happens to the inside of your unit even if it is caused from negligent care of the outside property by HOA. For example if you have a roof leak because the HOA which may take three months for HOA to get around fixing it, any ensuing damage that happens to the walls, ceilings, you are responsible for all of that. The CCRs have been updated to put more burden on the home owner than the association despite having such a high HOA fee. I’m really unhappy with the way Pam has been handling work requests that i have been trying to get her to complete for over a year. She is terse, unorganized, unempathetic, and impartial in her work and efforts to maintain the building. Every time i contact her i get different excuses and simple things like patchwork and paint seem to take years to get done.
