I rarely write reviews but my recent house refinance experience was no doubt the best so far. A lion share of this positive experience does belong to Tucson Appraisals. Tucson Appraisals is the most professional company I have ever dealt with! Robert was amazing every step of the way, from setting up the date and time to come out to my house to answer all my questions in detail. Roberts expertise and experience in the housing arena surpassed all my expectations and I am thankful for my bank for picking him as my appraiser. Thank you Robert, for the job well done.

I've used Tucson Appraisals twice now, and both times found Rob to be punctual and professional, and found the quality of his reports to be very well thought out and researched, well documented, and with quality comparables. He delivered the reports on time and at a fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again!
