MVP installed a combined furnace/AC unit for me about 12 years ago. Because my utility closet was too small, and because the newer units were larger than previous due to current efficiency standards, the installation, while professionally done, required that the unit be installed at an angle making access to my water heater and condensation line difficult. At the time, I did not take the time to enlarge my utility closet (which is in my garage and about 4 feet above the floor).
I finally got around to having the closet enlarged, and I asked MVP to disconnect and reinstall my unit, rerouting all ducting and lines while doing so. The effort was considerable, including the closet enlarging by a separate contractor, and MVP performed superbly. The general manager came to assess the problem first and to define a plan of attack for his people. The people who later came to do the work--Daniel and Edgar--did an outstanding job. It took several hours, and it required work elevated from the main floor of the garage. Daniel & Edgar were very knowledgeable, very patient with my questions, worked continuously with a positive can-do attitude, and showed what I'd almost describe as complete joy in doing the work. I never thought for a moment they this was a chore and therefore something to be finished as quickly as possible. They found and fixed a gas leak with no additional labor charge. They never hesitated to answer my questions, and they kept me informed throughout the effort. They are two special people.
I highly recommend MVP and these individuals in particular.

This company provided excellent service they work directly with TEP to provide a rebate for replacement purposes, the service techs were incredibly knowledgeable and no matter how the installation may have been they remained happy to be of service God Bless you MVP.

We called MVP about our A/C not working and they came out the next day. They diagnosed and fixed my problem pretty quick. I was impressed by their professionalism and knowledge.

Steve was our tec & an absolute pleasure to have in our home! Even putting up with my joking that he looked hot & I should go turn the air on for him to cool down... Oh wait we don't have any, that's why you're here! Hehehe!!
So very down-to-earth & professional that I couldn't even get mad that they've had to come out three times it's almost been a pleasure except being hot & miserable which Steve quickly put an end to & had the place cool🌡& comfortable in no time! Thanks MVP!
