      image Zack took great care of me and my wife. We were able to upgrade a phone with no hassles. I never have any issues when I have to come in. Staff is professional and very eager to help and answer any questions. Never a problem when I have to come through.

      image Went in to pay my bill and close my account. Guy insisted my pin wasn't 6 digits, it was, didn't listen to what i was telling him, said he was locked out of my account and gave me an attitude. Went back to tmobile and they literally got me on the phone with att customer service and got things sorted out.
