My mom had to be transported across state lines on a gurney van. We received great customer service. Dan was AWESOME. He made the trip a breeze! Very funny and attentive. Most importantly, my mom felt safe. Thank you Dan and all others who were able to make this trip possible!

They were scheduled to pick my mother in law up at 5:30 pm. Its now almost 9pm and we are waiting here at the hospital still for them to pick her up. I would say they are unreliable, and do not care about other peoples time.

Leave her in the Dr's office waiting room.After waiting 1 hour for an on call pickup from the Dr's office and still no transportation in sight a second phone call was made.  I was told it would be an additional 30 to 45 minutes before pickup.  I explained that I personally had an appointment in 1/2 hour.  Medstar's solution was to leave my 91 year old mother in law restricted to a wheel chair alone in the Dr's waiting room & Medstar would get there when they could.  Of course I did no such thing.  3 phone calls later & 2 hours, transportation showed up & I cancelled any future dates with them that I had.
