Absolutely love living here. The leasing office is very responsive, Jose and the maintenance staff are AMAZING. Every time we put in a maintenance request its resolved within a day. The complex has amazing communication about inspections, air conditioning units, fire extinguishers, pool maintenance, literally everything. The landscapers keep the property looking amazing. I love living here and keep telling my friends to move here to be my neighbors! I do wish the gate situation was a little bit easier, but I appreciate the security the management has implemented to ensure their residents are safe.

I'm basing this review on my experience earlier this week when my air conditioner stopped working. I'd been through this 3 times in the past and knew it could take a day or so before anyone even looked at it. I found some courage and called the office "hoping" someone could expedite the issue with maintenance and at least diagnose the problem. I was blessed that Cayla answered the phone. Within a couple hours a professional arrived to inspect my AC. Whatever doubts I'd been feeling since the previous manager Rob left, Cayla dispelled them. She was empathetic and I believe she cared. That is all it took for me to feel good about where I live when at times I haven't been sure. Cayla, thank you so much. I really mean that.

The new lead maintenance guy Cesar was kind and helpful. He was really polite and fixed the broken things in our apartment with a smile on his face. I have been living in this community since 2020. And things got changed for Real. When I first joined managers were not helpful. However, since the manager Robb and new manager now Cayla took the charge things are improved. The only thing I felt that San Palmila needs to improve is Timeline of the fixing the orders. However, I do understand the shortage of staff after COVID.
