I'm only rating the recruiting process, as I haven't yet began working in my assignment.
Nicole T-B was an sheer pleasure to work with during the recruiting process. Excellent feedback and status updates, timely and prompt communication, with ample respect, flexibility, and dignity shown the entire way.

*October 2022- 1st and foremost GTN was pretty good up until post employment. It took forever (a month) just to get someone to provide an EOE letter. Then there is still an issue regarding pay from time employed I'm still waiting to hear an update in regards to. ***Will update rating pending an update and how this issue is handled.
***** FROM JULY 2022- I've had a great experience with GTN and my recruiter Trent. He was able to secure a position in a much better location (proximity to home city) in my field versus some other agencies I spoke with. They have been very easy to work with & have been more than accommodating.

I was reached out to by Brandon about a position with a company. I did the interview with him discussing my current status and skills. Only later to find out he didn't inform the client that I was being referred to for a position, about anything. He did not advocate for me, nor did he reassure me when the client was asking questions, I already spoke to him about. What's the point of speaking with a recruiter about your skills and status, only for them to send you to a potential job opportunity and they abandon you and then pretend they didn't know anything about you or why your career status is the way it is? You might as well represent yourself normally and continue your job search without having them get commission off of you. It's just a waste of time. Probably one of the worst agencies I head to deal with here in AZ.
