I have never had a better experience with a bank employee or anyone for that matter than I have had with Rusty, the Branch Manager at Depere. I had a small issue that I had called about and he went out of his way to make sure it was resolved. I'm sure he is a very busy man but still called me back the next day and assured me my issue would be taken care of.
Can't express how impressed I am with his professionalism and kindness. Beyond satisfied!!!!
Update. He never called me back. Spoke too soon
