Its actually comical how bad there service is. My system has not worked properly for a very long time and they have not made it right. I was told my contact ended in June and just called to cancel and now being told it expires August 27th. I would never recommend and plan on calling the BBB to report how the contract date continues to change.

There are other options DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Worst customer service I have ever received. I was told conflicting information on multiple calls about why my Nest was not working. I paid for this service for a long time and they refused to pause my payments while they were clearly not providing a service. I scheduled an appointment for a new system and no one showed up or contacted me. Then I cancelled my account and was told I could not receive a refund because my account is closed. They have not responded to any of my communications. I don't know how they are still in business.

We had a terrible time closing our account after selling our home. It took months and a phone call to Better Business to get the bills to stop. We spent countless hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue. We actually felt sorry for the employees who worked in their customer service department. It was clear they had been instructed to tell us there were no managers on duty. It was an expensive nightmare for us. As long term clients we expected far better service.

Worst company ever. Run, run away from signing up to contracts as far as you can.
I signed up for 3 year contract for $70 a month, tried to cancel but I was told I gotta pay the rest of the contract years to cancel so I kept it. I had my abusive ex trying to open my door, smashed it so hard that was damaged, and ALARM DID NOT RING. I was attacked after the door was broken into, and I got bruises and bleeds, leaving me PTSD. ALARM DID NOT RING STILL. I explained this to their customer service on phone call, they said it might be connection issue or something but still refused to refund unless I pay for the rest of the contract. I cancelled the service as soon as my contract ended. Never signing up any kind of home security service again.

Do not use this company. I had a person named Pablo Andrean come to sell the system. Before we agreed to the system and shortly after, Pablo was very nice, responsive, and stopped by multiple times to check on us and the system. He promised this would be the level of service we would receive from him and the company as long as we had it. So far, it has been far from the truth. We have a Brinks system for the cameras around our house, but needed to have a ring doorbell for the doorbell cause our house was "too old". Even though they initially said it was fine. So now we have to log into 2 different systems. In addition, We were supposed to have a smart thermostat installed the same time as our alarm and never got it. They said they needed to order the part. Never happened and no one has ever come back to install the thermostat or ask questions. Tried reaching out to Pablo multiple times and he kept saying it was in process before he eventually stopped responding all together. But he did have the audacity to come by a few months later to try to sell us a Solar system. Not a good experience and definitely do not recommend.
