This store has a faul, sewer smell covered with notes of perfume. It was almost unbearable. Luckily I was only standing in line for a pickup order.

Today March 29 at 8:50pm I was in the store and I saw how a saleswoman treated some people very badly and with a very bad attitude who only wanted more information about a perfume since the one they were looking for did not have it, the saleswoman was very rude TO THEM and she started to play the victim crying all over the store and throwing the black door THAT IS INSIDE THE STORE ALMOST HIT ME WHEN I OPENED IT WHEN THE CUSTOMER TOLD HIM PK THAT HE WAS TALKING TO HIM LIKE THAT the customers still bought the other perfume despite the bad attitude of the saleswoman and when commenting to the cashier they only told her that anyone can have a bad day and of course it is understood but to be so disrespectful and then go crying about something that she caused with people who go to buy, I think it is not the best way to apologize, the Saleswoman, I don't know her name, but she has wavy hair and earrings in her mouth. SEPHORA, HIRE PEOPLE WHO LIKE THEIR WORK AND WHO DO A GOOD JOB OF SALES, THIS PERSON, IF YOU SEE THEIR CAMERAS, DOESN'T HAVE NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICES WE ASK THAT THEY HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE PEOPLE WHO GO AND LEAVE THEIR MONEY IN THEIR STORES

Worst service I have experienced at any Sephora ever and I have been a rouge memeber for almost a decade. Please dont waste your time go to any other location in the valley!!! Honestly Never greeted once, there was atleast more than a dozen employees just standing on their phone. I had to approach someone twice to receive help I gave up on the third try and stopped shopping. Not to mention the lack of experience, I wanted to try a new foundation and asked someone she had no clue how to assist and physical looked annoyed I approached her, her face was a big giveaway. Once the second person came she was clueless too had to search on her device to only give me the opposite of recommendations I specifically requested. I tried to not be annoyed and simply said maybe how about you recommend something you know about she was short and said thats what Im looking up I had to tell her to forget it. You would think if you ask for an oil free medium coverage foundation she could atleast produce one option. I guess Im just used to entering a Sephora being treated asked if I need help offered a basket and having people atleast try and give me a recommendation even if its not a perfect fit. This place was cold and it wasnt just one employee it was 4, really pushes you to want to go shopping online instead. Will never be returning to this location.

I stepped into the Tempe Marketplace store at 1:30 in the afternoon, 4 staff members were standing at attention in the aisle. I asked if they carried Burberry Goddess perfume, 2 employees pointed me towards it. I stood in front of the samples and returned to one of the staff in the aisles. I explained that I'd like to buy it, they again pointed me towards it. I went back thinking help was on the way since only the samples are accessible. The actual products are locked away. No help arrived. As I walked out without a purchase, I was pleasantly told, "thanks for coming in". I told her I was leaving empty handed because no one would assist me, one last chance to make it right. She smiled and said "Have a great day". I immediately drove to Ulta, on the other side of the mall, 3 employees rushed to help me.
