Ms. Claire bear is pure gold! Just the right pinch of everything you want in a preschool teacher. Honestly all the teachers are so kind and real with you.

We are very pleased with Phoenix Childrens Academy! Our three year old is in Miss Claires class and she is such an amazing teacher. She is attentive, caring, and takes time everyday at pickup to inform us of how the day went. Our little guy is always excited to talk about what he learned and/or what art projects they worked on!

Do not take your babies here! I cannot speak for toddler classes but the infant program is so unacceptable! We had a tour today and not only did we not get a tour, we were dropped off in the infant room with the rudest and laziest teacher. She had 4 babies to care for and she was barely tending to them. They use the cry it out method! A poor infant, who is way to young to self soothe, was crying hysterically in a crib. I asked her about nap times and helping to settle babies and she replied "no, I don't have time because I usually have 5 babies. They can learn how to self soothe." That is neglect and she is traumatizing those babies. She also stated they do not follow any wake windows or schedules. She was so incredibly rude, never introduced herself or told us about the infant program. We learned nothing about the school nor how the infants are taken care of. We will never take our child here and I will make sure to spread the word about our horrible experience. My heart was broken for that tiny baby that was screaming all alone. Lastly, I did not have my ID and we were let inside and then let inside the infant room. That is very unsecure and unsafe!

Each day that I drop my kiddo off l know he's in good hands. We started Sept 2022 and my kiddo has learned so much since then. Ms. Valeria and Mr. Jordan are caring, patient, and all around amazing. My kiddo is excited to go each morning and it's because of them. I'm so thankful we found PCA.
