The entire team treated me with respect and were sure to answer all my questions. They were great and flexible making my appointment. The front desk was great getting me in and answered all insurance questions. Doctor was great and spent time answering all questions and explaining findings. Support staff was excellent fitting for glasses and processing payment.

IF YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY IS CONTRACTED WITH ANY OTHER PLACE PLEASE GO TO THEM! DO NOT USE VISION WORKS FOR YOUR EYE CARE NEEDS! I seldom do negative reviews because I realize mistakes can happen, but I must make others aware when a business is dishonest. In December, my 70+-year-old mother needed glasses, so I went with her and purchased glasses for her from the Surprise location. This past week, the lens from her glasses fell out. Visionworks has a regular warranty that covers the glasses for 100 days. One hundred days should be from when the glasses were in a customer's possession because that makes sense and seems ethical, but NO! THE WARRANTY STARTS THE MOMENT YOU PAY, EVEN THOUGH THE GLASSES WERE NOT IN HER POSSESSION FOR ANOTHER WEEK OR SO. Ok, if that's not bad enough when we purchased the glasses, the person selling us the glasses did not offer a warranty, or I would have bought it; no big deal, but this is where my anger turns into fury...ON THE RECEIPT, the person who made the sale put on the paperwork that the warranty was declined. NO, the warranty wasn't offered!!!! To make things worse, when my 70+-year-old mother went into the store to explain that her lense fell out, the MANGER, sarcastically and in a degrading tone, told my elderly mother that she LOST the lense. My mother is elderly, but her thinking and orientation is clear and reality-based!! HER LENSE FELL OUT!!
My mother has since found a more ethical business to care for eyes. Still, I WILL NOT REST UNTIL EVERYSIGHT POSSIBLE AND EVERYONE POSSIBLE ARE MADE AWARE OF THIS AWFUL COMPANY, WHO TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS POORLY, ESPECIALLY THEIR AFRICAN AMERICAN ELDERLY CUSTOMERS! So please expect a review on every sight and social media platform POSSIBLE! The way she was treated is unacceptable, and you have met a daughter who will not allow another person to be treated like she was treated!

Im a new customer of Visionworks I ordered glasses on 12/12/23 from the store in Surprise Az & picked them up on 12/26/23.On 04/2/24 I noticed the lens missing from the frame ! I returned to the Visonworks in Surprise & was told that 100 days had passed & the glasses were not under warranty! 100 days from the date of the order but not from the date of pick up! This is an unfair policy I did not have the glasses 100 days but more like 96 days! Im being penalized for days I didnt have the glasses! So I ordered new glasses. Then I noticed the receipt customer declined the warranty!No warranty was offered to me last night & so now I wonder was it offered at original purchase I dont think so! This is an unfair policy! I have since spoken with the manager and canceled my order! I not only feel that the 100 day warranty beginning with the date of the order & not the day of pick up is unfair but the way the manager & the worker/clerk in the store spoke to me was condescending & rude insisting I lost my lens; I feel that the fact that the lens fell out of the frame was no fault of mine but the fault of the manufacturer! I notice that another customer is complaining of their lens falling out of their frame as well! I there is a problem with the manufacturer not the customers!
