Got cursed out by a lady in the parking lot because I didn't feel comfortable reversing in the parking lot, just so she could wait for another car to leave and take their spot instead of parking two spaces down. After getting yelled at and cursed out in the parking lot, I end up having to go here and wouldn't you know it, that was the cashier. Definitely going to try and find my products elsewhere from now on. Maybe advise employees to not have pre-shopping yelling sessions with possible customers

Have been in many Sally's.... This is the first one where they just stood behind the counter and ignored me until I was ready to checkout. I always bring my nine year old who they gravitate towards helping in case "dad" doesn't know anything. Some people prefer this I guess... It was noticeable and less pleasant.

I called to see if they were open as I had heard the other day their systems were down and I did not want to bother them if they were still having issues. I call and after a long wait a woman answers says "This is Veronica" Before I can even say anything she starts yelling "HELLO HELLO?!" So I said, "Hello how are you?" She says, "WHAT?!" I asked if they were open, she huffed and said yes then hung up.
I came in later that day and an elderly women with white hair was at the front, didnt greet me and had her entire body hunched over the counter playing on her phone. I assume this was Veronica because she sounded like the same person on the phone.. I was there for 30 minutes, couldn't find what I wanted and was too afraid to ask due to how aggressive the person on the phone was.
As I walked out I said thank you and the elderly lady just said, "Yup you're welcome".
Usally the staff is alot nicer, more welcoming and ask if you need help with anything. I'd be willing to drive out of my way to go to a different sallys just to avoid seeing this bitter old lady again.
