This bank actually opens until 2pm on Saturday!! Extremely important to everyone in Tombstone. I speak for the entire town. Thank you for opening until 2pm on Saturday!! You are appreciated!! Now please please open another branch in Tombstone. Lol. Long shot but had to try.

Worst Bank of America I've ever been to. Both ladies I talked to more attitude than anything. We're not helpful what so ever. If I was this branch manager I'd be embarrassed. I'm from Mesa, I read the reviews and thought it can't be that bad it is. Bad enough I'm leaving this Bank closing my account today.

I wish I could give it negative stars. On Friday I went to use the Atm to pull money out after hours because It should've been a convenient choice. in the process of trying to get my money, it did not dispense the money because it did not have enough to give me so it didnt give me anything when I tried to call the call center to let them know they are closed until the following morning constantly calling my account is processing and Im still trying to get the money which was not a couple of dollars here and there its hundreds of dollars and all they can say is they use a third-party ATM and they have to get with them and it can take up to 10-30 days with no more information. Obviously complaining is not getting anywhere. obviously complaining is not getting anywhere and since this is a small town I've also heard that this has happened to others. Please go inside to get your own money. I'm nervous that they won't even give the money back even though the Atm cameras can provide the info.
