This pharmacy is so slow. If you call in the morning you're told it won't be ready for several hours. They never answer the phone. If they do answer they hang up on you. Tried to leave a message for call back, never called back. Very rude if you ask, can they speed up the prescription.

Just an update to this review bad poor information from the pharmacy manager the item prescription that I use is not discontinued it’s just on back order until August 6 I almost changed what I was taking because of this bad information.
On July 1 I stopped in to pick up a prescription. The person working at the counter told me it would be a little bit before they could get it filled. It is 70 miles round-trip so I did not wanna make a trip back so I decided to wait. After two hours the prescription hadn’t still not been filled. I have groceries in the car so I could not wait any longer. Went back to the Safeway on Saturday, July 3 to find out the prescription still have been filled. The pharmacist whispered to attack and they gave me five days worth and told me to come back on Tuesday and they would be done by then. Went back went back on Wednesday and the prescription still has not been filled. The pharmacy manager told me that they were out of stock of a particular dosage that I needed. The pharmacy manager told me that he would call the insurance company call the doctors office or combine two different dosages to equal 120 and that by Wednesday of next week it would be resolved. I return to Safeway again today and nothing had been doneNo call to the insurance company no call to the doctors office and no other resolution as suggested on the previous visit. Today I was told welcome to my world and that I would have to call my doctor. This kind of inept service is disappointing. If I needed to contact my physician I should’ve been told that at the very beginning that weeks later in 280 miles later and still no prescription. Very unhappy with them because they said they would resolve this and they did absolutely nothing. They left me high and dry with zero doses left and zero resolution. They would’ve told me upfront that I have to do something to make this work I would’ve done it but instead they just wasted my time with empty promises and poor service.

Helped me after I gave wrong delivery address: They resent the returned package after I called them to give the new address. This is most helpful because the medication is important to me. Thank you!

Called 10 times today and NO one would answer the phone. What the hell kind of service are they running there?
