This is a very nice hotel that has amazing views! It's also very close to everything Sedona. Staff was friendly and catered to our needs. Would love to stay here again in the future!

This is a great hotel. The rooms are spotless, beds are comfortable, and service was great. What more can you ask for? The lobby area is beautiful and cozy with a 2-sided fireplace. There are firepits, a large heated pool, and also a viewing area with a good view of the red rocks. Food at the small restaurant was really good too. Would definitely recommend.

This is one of the nicest "Courtyards" we have ever visited. The location just outside of Sedona proper is good. We went in early March so not sure what traffic getting into town would be like in prime season. It's a gorgeous hotel. I especially liked the huge fireplace, sitting areas for happy hour. We highly recommend the hotel. AND by the way they also have EV charging stations in case you have an electric vehicle.

What a terrible experience the front desk gave me. Traveled since 6am, worked all day, tried to check in at 8:05pm and gave my room away to someone who wanted to switch rooms. I had the last king room already paid for, confirmation number and all, days ago.
So now Im in the lobby waiting to check in for whats supposed to be a 4pm ready check in time, exhausted, hungry, upset.
They notify me of the other customers room change(well they told each other right in front of me) and they are checking the room someone LEFT, for me to sleep in tonight. Theres no house keeping here at this time, so basically they want to give me a used room. NEVER heard of this before. How is this acceptable in their eyes? I expect this feom motel 6, these rates are insane for this TRAGIC customer service.
Now Im pissed and truly the worst customer experience Ive ever experienced. It was covered by my work but what a terrible experience Amelia gave me. Clearly the owner doesnt care as I see other complaints about her and the rest of the decapitated check in staff.
I said I would be letting my boss know and hope you will be compensating him or something. I got downgraded to a queen bed and a poor experience to cap my long day off. Amelia, do better please! This industry is not for you. Very rude and customer service.
