Got are account locked. Called them and they couldn't tell us why. Says its locked forever. If you cant tell a person why its locked. Why would we do business with them ever again. Guess we'll just tell customer we do not accept PayPal for payment. If they ask why. We will tell them the honest truth ( not sure. They shut down our account and Paypal wont let us know why. So we no longer take payment from them. )

PayPal does not assist the seller in any way. They are only in it for the fees regardless and in some cases double-dipping! Moving on to a different payment service. You folks not the only one in town any more! Good luck and good riddance!

Paypal assisted the thief that hijacked my online account transfer my 600$ stimulus (in portions) to their paypal account. Even though i called them numerous times to notify them that i no longer had access to my account and that my recovery info had been changed they still let the hijacker into my account and even let the hijacker lift the limitation that i placed on the account (ALL ONLINE.) even though I had previously told them it was not me online doing these things they still let it happen and even assisted the thief along the way. On every level i was told that there was nothing that i could do. From service reps on up to management i was told that there was NOTHING that they could do or would do to help me recover MY ACCOUNT and that there was no way they could possibly change the primary email account Associated with my account to my new gmail because the original gmail (which is how they gained access in the first place) was compromised. So over the course of 5 days i got to call their 800 # and listen in detail how all my money was being stolen from me bit by bit and how they not only had no protocol in place to stop this sort of financial attack, but how there was nothing they were willing to try. They wont even contact law enforcement. They literally do and did nothing to help me at all. The amount of apologies i received made me sick. This is a pathetic excuse of a company and their security and customer service is an absolute joke.
