Simply.. made my day.
This UPS store simply went above and beyond my expectations. It seems quite an exaggeration for a UPS store. However, Vijay and his partner saved what-may-have-been hours and hours of pain.
First off, I stopped by to return my Amazon stuffs. Then I had a full day scheduled to print at UPS store, notary at a local bank, then USPS to get them certified.
Guess what? All of these were done in less than 30 minutes at this store! They were kind and thoughtful. This would've been 3-4 hours of ordeal.

I stumbled into the UPS store like a caffeinated squirrel on roller skates. It was 6:25 PM, and the sign outside read, "Closing at 6:30." Panic mode activated! My three Amazon return packages clung to me like needy koalas.
And then, there he was**David, the After-Hours Hero**. His smile could melt glaciers, and his patience? Well, let's just say he could teach a sloth how to sprint.
"Hi," I gasped, thrusting my return labels at him. "I know I'm late, but can you still accept these?"
David's eyes twinkled. "Of course! We're all about last-minute miracles here. Plus, I've got a soft spot for procrastinators."
He scanned my packages with the precision of a diamond cutter. "You're good to go," he said, handing me a receipt. "Just promise me you won't make this a habit. Next time, bring cookies."
I chuckled. "Cookies it is! But seriously, David, how do you stay so chill?"

No regard for security of sending a 2nd day air envelope. Arrived damaged and contents were not readable . Store owner REFUSED to reimburse me. He said he would retrain his associates. Really !!

I visited this location today to ship out an unusual shaped object that was purchased from Amazon. The owner helped me get it into a bag to avoid any unnecessary additional costs. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. I will be using this store for all of my shipping needs. This kind of hospitality goes a long way!
