My fianc surprised me with a pair of Kate heels for Valentines Day but they were slightly too big. Maddie at the Scottsdale boutique helped me find the right size. She was very friendly and patient. The exchange process was smooth and straightforward without issue. I would definitely ask for Maddie to anyone stopping by the Scottsdale boutique.

I had an amazing experience when I went in yesterday! I gave Johnny a vague description of the loafers that I was looking for and he immediately got me the pair, in my size, ready to be tried on. He answered all of my questions about sole maintenance, and left me feeling great about my first Louboutin purchase!

The shoddy behavior of the staff renders this store pointless. One can literally walk next door to Neiman Marcus and purchase the same shoes minus the pretentiousness.

I made and appointment at 10am to visit the store right when they opened. Not sure why because no one even knew that the appointment was made. There was a gentleman there that halfway greeted me but had to let him know that I made an appointment. The gentleman grab Someone from the back who then proceeded to help me but it wasn't until they realized I was serious about a purchase that their attitude changed and was given superior service. Just an FYI the great experience should begin at the door. Other than the initial greeting I had a great time in the store and the merchandise looks so much better in person than it did online!
