I am so incredibly grateful to the team at Arriba Capital. Michael and Joel recently helped my company purchase a 10,000 square foot commercial building in Phoenix. When I embarked on this journey I was skeptical, I knew that getting a loan would be a challenge due to my past history, many business owners can relate to that, the recession hit a lot of us hard. I was very upfront, trying to get the no out of the way before wasting anyone's time. Joel said he would get it done.
Joel and Michael made miracles happen for me. I couldn't have accomplished my goal without their help. They walked me through every step and went to bat for me several times. After it was all said and done, I feel like I have a new set of friends, not just lenders.
If you need a commercial loan, I would highly recommend not going it alone and trusting Joel and Michael to help you maneuver through the chaos. They have the knowledge, the connections and the passion to get it done.
