Our experience was mostly good. My only complaint is that we almost didn't get to go home with the baby we wanted because the staff refused to let my family meet her until it was cleared by the behavior tech. When she cleared the meet and we finally got to meet her, the behavior tech was happy to send her home with us! She did so well during the meet and we love her already. She's going to be a part of this family for her life.
