Al was very professional, polite, on time, and went right to work right away. He was done in no time at all and his work was perfect! My garage door would not open at all and the vehicle was inside the garage and he took special care and attention of the vehicle AND STILL!! Got the job done in a most timely manner! You won’t find many technicians like AL nowadays. I am super stoked about his work and his professionalism. Absolutely 5 stars all day long!!!! Service: General repairs & installation

Al was the tech today. If you want integrity and honesty and friendly ….then call and ask for Al! We thought we needed a new motor, but he found out all was fine and made adjustments to door. Would give him more stars on this review but the max is 5.

Customer service was great, the garage door was locked from the previous tenants and they had no way to open it. US Garage Door Heroes came and opened it in less than 3 minutes!!! We needed access to get in there to turn on the gas and they helped us!
