Ive shopped RH for over a decade and used their financing. The move to use TD Bank is the worst financing company Ive EVER encountered in my life. Every month they screw up my bill and try to assess fees because their systems glitch, & I have to talk to managers to fix my account. The fact that RH uses such an unprofessional, money-grubbing bank that uses targeted con-artistry to make money off its customers leaves such a poor taste in my mouth that I dont even want to return to one of your stores.
