Cody Hampson, stellar! Great guy, walked me thru the whole thing. New account, New direct deposit and the app. I'm an eighties kid and don't use apps. But, the BofA app is very cool and digital card also cool. Everybody can have an off day but, even the front end guys are really helpful . Been In a few times already and was always helped and any issues solved. 5 BIG stars and I'm blue collar guy. Sticking with BofA. PS: it's a big full service bank for sure.

They used to be 100X Better before pandemic, Now the customer service is very low, the rudeness of the associates, and the way this branch is layer out is strange as you have to really search for the front teller.
I don't suggest coming to this location unless it's the only one open.

I came in today to get a cashier's check for my rent. I had the extreme pleasure of working with Cody H. I sat down with Cody who made it a point to help me complete my task personally. Cody was genuine, respectful, and probably the nicest person I've had the pleasure of interacting with on this planet. He understood my goal, made sure that I felt welcome, and stayed on task even while connecting with me on a personal level. He was easy to communicate with and very empathetic. He even highlighted information about my account details that I wasn't aware of and made sure I was set up for financial success moving forward. I have always had a good experience with this branch but Cody took it to the moon for me! I highly recommend working with Cody or any of the other amazing staff members at this location. My wife and I will be banking here FOREVER.
