      image I swear they were trying everything possible to not do my loan. I am so glad we are changing lenders
      The automated response is so insincere. My intelligence is far more advanced than this type of technique. I just don't appreciate people making me jump through hoops when they knew they didn't want to do the loan and that just stressed me out.. shame on them They need to be up front and very unprofessional and I would never recommend this bank to anyone

      Called local branch contact and Flagstar rep Jason's mailbox is full and I can't leave a message, this is a big Red Flag I need to transfer my mortgage to another lender.
